How long does delivery take?
We ship from Cairo within one working day. Orders arrive in two to three days in Cairo and Giza, and within five working days elsewhere.
How much is delivery?
EGP 65 on every order, and free on orders of EGP 1,500 or more.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. You pay the courier in cash when the order arrives, and you can open and check the parcel before paying.
What if a piece isn't right?
Return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. We send a courier to collect it and refund you within five working days.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes. Tell us on the confirmation call, or message us on WhatsApp before the order leaves for delivery.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We currently deliver within Egypt only.
